Batter Up

Perhaps it's the siren call of the Playoff season or it's just a guy thing in general, but my date for the last forty plus years and my oldest grandson were very occupied with Wii baseball last weekend. I got a lot of enjoyment watching Trey bat the ball out of the park and pitch to his grandfather with skill and precision! They were both having a laughing good time!

Peter was busy with his football and dashing up and down the indoor gridiron...

Lily was busy on the trampoline and enjoying a crisp day of Fall...
It helps to have an Aunt that is willing to sweep the plentiful acorns off the trampoline
So inside and outside last Saturday a whole lotta fun was going on!

Later that evening we dined at Fat Daddy's...hold your breath and hang onto your seats for the next installment!

It's wonderful to see Trey, Peter, Lily and your steady date all enjoying their favorite activities. I love Lily's expression on the tramp. It'll be interesting to see if Trey continues to favor baseball as he grows older and Peter football. Who knows, Lily might become an Olympic gymnast someday! Have a delightful fall day, dear friend Sush!

I am so glad that you came by my blog today, I wanted to hear from non mormons, and I was afraid I had scared everyone off! When I see your blog today I see a sweet grandfather and grandson....isn't that what life is all about? We really are basically all the same, we care about our families....we love, fiercely...and that is what makes us all worth it. I do not even know the religion of the last people I have voted for, I don't care either...so thank you for your comments....and by the way pretty cute grandson you have!

I loved your start :) plus the pictures are great. But I have to admit that I am the worst baseball player at the Wii, hubby always wins :)

It is so good to see children enjoying themselves. The Wii is such fun and so are trampolines.

My niece has wii i've bowled and played baseball. I didn't play long enough to get the hang of it. It is fun though.

The Wii was such a great invention for families. They have one in the meeting hall of my mom's retirement apartment building. Love the photos!
